What is the difference between Standard & Premium
| The difference between the two styles of marketing data is mainly recency, the databases originate from different sources so can contain different fields. Premium business data is validated via telephone and is refreshed quarterly. Standard data is avg between 9 and 12 months old - around 33% has been validated in past 6 months - emails bulk validated every 6 weeks (avg) - and around 20,000 records checked each month. |

How up to date / accurate is the b2b data?

Business Standard customers can download updated versions free of charge throughout the year. |
Premium business data is compiled from a combination of 4 of the top UK list owners. It is refreshed quarterly and is validated and refreshed
by telephone on a strict rotational basis. Premium business data is the most up-to-date and fresh data that we can source. |
Where does the data come from?

| We licence the master database containing more than 3 Million contacts from a reputable UK broker, we then consolidate this database against various in-house sources. Additionally we manually update a portion of the database each month. | The premium list is licensed from a combination of the best and most reliable UK list owners such as Experian, D&B (Dun and Bradstreet), plus a large telephone research team and a number of smaller specialised data sources. |

I don't know how to fax or email broadcast?
| Don't worry we can do this for you for a small additional charge. Please note that for FAX broadcast we have a separate screened and validated database with 800,000 current UK business fax numbers. We charge £200.00 (including targeted data) per 10,000 faxes sent. |

Is the data guaranteed?

| The product carries the normal warranties for material faults and defects. We operate a refund policy for verified non-deliverables. You do need to allow for staff leaving or companies going out of business since the last annual refresh date. | Yes, we refund any returns and non-delivers
within a period of 4 weeks from list purchase. Normal warranties for
defects also apply.

What format does the data come in?

How do I pay for the data?

| You can pay securely using
credit or debit card, you can also pay via Paypal if you have an account.
Alternatively (on request) we can issue an invoice where you can pay by cheque or directly to our bank account. Please note we do not release data before funds have been cleared. |

Why is your data less expensive than other suppliers?

| We are not solely a data broker, and since we use this data for our own telesales services our costs are spread over a number of areas. Additionally we are not selling this data as being as up-to-date as premium data - we refresh the entire database annually therefore have to allow for contacts that have left their position or companies that have gone out of business - This is reflected in our pricing. | We have negotiated preferential rates with
our suppliers, and since we are not solely a data broker we can afford
to pass these savings onto our customers. Plus our boss would say he does the work of 4 people! |
How long does the data take to arrive?

| It is normally available online within a couple of hours of purchase (during office hours) - although we do ask you to allow up to 24 hours. We can also supply the data on CDROM (at no extra cost) in which case we normally dispatch first class same day for orders received before 2:30pm (during office hours). | Normally emailed within 2 hours of order completion (during office hours). |
