Privacy Policy

We only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We do not pass any customer details or information to third parties.

We collect information, to process your order and to answer any queries that you have made. We do not store credit/debit card details. Your details will never be added to any of the marketing databases that we sell/rent.

Any information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

Copyright (Data)

Unless otherwise agreed in writing all data is rented to you for a period of 1 year from date of purchase. You do not own the data. You may only use the data/contents of the database for the research and marketing purposes of your own business, or for your own personal use.

The resell, re-distribution, publishing of any product sold by Joined Up Marketing is strictly forbidden. Data is seeded and actively monitored against misuse.

Each database comes with the full copy of the terms and conditions which it is subject to.

Delivery Policy

Under normal circumstances orders are processed within 2 hours (during office hours).

Customised or non-standard orders may take longer to process, normally around 4-hours (but sometimes up to 48-hours depending on availability of data), where your non-standard order is likely to take longer than 4-hours to deliver we will inform you immediately by email.

Return / Refund Policy

You may return valid 'returns', gone-aways or bouncebacks for refund or replacement within a period of 4-weeks from purchase. A valid return is (a) a telephone number that is incorrect or no longer exists (b) a company that is no longer trading or at the given address (c) an email 'hard' bounce back

To qualify for a refund or replacement; returns must (a) be collated into a spreadsheet e.g. Excel/CSV (b) must contain either the UniqueID or company and telephone and contact name (so they can be identified), (c) must be returned within a period of 4-weeks from purchase. Refunds are issued pro-rata based on the original cost per record. Joined Up Marketing check returns for accuracy before issuing the refund.

Premium data that is brokered maybe subject to a 'fair allowance' limit for gone-aways and/or email bounces as determined by the list owner. For example where a database is subject to a fair allowance of 10% on email bounces, we will replace or refund any proportion over and above that limit. This will be clearly explained in the terms of use pertaining to that specific database at point of purchase.
